I'd recommend New Vegas Reloaded alongside it but it seems way more trouble than it's worth, even the stable version seems to have completely ruined my game's water. I have my own configuration of George's ENB that's a bit more saturated and colorful and it does a beautiful job of looking as natural but HD as possible, even in locations other than the Mojave like the Capital Wasteland, which my latest TTW run looked almost like Fallout 4's lighting, honestly. To be honest, after years of experimenting I'd say either Jay's ENB or George's ENB, but tweaked just a little bit to be more saturated and natural to the desert setting.
